Garlic Chutney is a delicious Indian accompaniment made using lots of garlic and dry red chilies. Garlic Chutney also called Lehsun ki Chutney, Lasun ki Chutney or Lasan ki Chatni. You can serve the chutney with snacks or even the main course of your choice. His fiery hot chutney can also be used as a spread for sandwiches and chaats. Ingredients
1/2 bowl oil
½ bowl garlic.
½ tsp cumin seeds
ginger
dry Kashmiri red chilies
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds.
¼ tsp salt.Method:-
Add 1/2 bowl oil in a vessel.
Add ½ bowl garlic.
Cook it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes.
Add ½ tsp cumin seeds and mix it.
Add ginger and mix it.
Add dry Kashmiri red chilies.
Mix it well.
Add ½ tsp salt.
Now cook it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes.
Switch off the gas after 5 minutes and let it cool.
Now make a smooth paste of it. Add a little oil while grinding (if needed)
Add 1 tbsp oil to the same vessel.
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds.
Add that same smooth red chili paste and mix it well.
Add ¼ tsp salt.
Then cook the mixture on low flame for 5 minutes.
Take it out in a bowl after 5 minutes.
Our spicy and delicious garlic chutney is ready to serve.
