Schezwan fried rice is a popular fried rice variety from Indo-Chinese cuisine. It is also one of the most popular stir-fried rice recipes in fusion Indian Chinese cuisine. Schezwan sauce is a spicy and pungent sauce made with dry red chilies, garlic, shallots, and spices. schezwan fried rice is hot & spicy with bursting flavors of ginger, garlic, soya sauce & red chili paste. Making this dish a good option for a quick meal when you are craving something spicy. I don’t recommend using a chopper to shred your vegetables, because a chopper makes vegetables moist and they don’t taste that good.  I recommend you to cut all the vegetables with a chef knife. To make this recipe you can use homemade schezwan sauce or you can use readymade schezwan sauce.

                                2 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
                                2 tablespoon  oil                                                  
                                1 bowl boiled Rice
                                1 cup cabbage
                                1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
                                1 teaspoon soya sauce
                                1  Chili flakes
                                1 chili garlic paste
                                1/2 cup capsicum (optional)
                                1/2 cup Onion
                                   1/4 cup carrot
                                   Coriander Leaves
                                Oregano
      
 

Sliced cutting all vegetables:


NOTE: 

 You can add or remove the vegetables according to availability and your preference.


                             

Tips and Variations:

·      Don’t over-cook rice to keep rice grains separated


·      To make spicier Schezwan Rice, increase the quantity of Schezwan sauce. Similarly, to make less spicy rice, reduce the quantity of Schezwan sauce


·      Add baby corns, mushrooms, and sprouted beans along with other vegetables for extra crunch and variation.

  • Cooking on high heat also gives it a smoky aroma, that enhances the flavor of rice even more.

1.   Prepare all the ingredients.


2.    Firstly in a large Kadai heat oil and Sauté

 chili  garlic on high flame for 30 seconds.






3. Add 1 onion sliced cutting and 

Saute till the onion get transparent.




4. Add 2 tablespoon sliced carrots then saute
it for few seconds.



5. Add 1 bowl of chopped cabbage. Now mix it well till the mixture gets transparent.





6. Add 1/2 bowl sliced chopped capsicum. Now mix it well till the mixture gets transparent. and  Keep on stirring the veggies,





7. Add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce.



8. Add 1 tsp tomato ketchup.






9. Add 1 tsp soya sauce.




10. Add a  big bowl of boiled rice and coriander.

Cooking on high heat also gives it a smoky aroma, that enhances the flavor of rice even more.




11. Add oregano and chili flakes 1/2 tsp.




12.Mix all the ingredients properly on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, 

or till all things get mix properly.



13. Take it out on a serving plate.



     14. Delicious and Tasty Schezwan Rice is ready to serve.
