Paneer hot dog



Ingredients:-


For stuffing-

  • oil
  • 1 spoonful of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic chili paste
  • 1 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped capsicum

  • 1/2 spoon Kashmiri red chili powder

  • Salt
  • ¼ spoon turmeric powder
  • Half spoon pav bhaji masala
  • 1 bowl (2 tomatoes) of finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  •  1 tablespoon red chili sauce
  • chili flakes
  • Oregano
  • 100 grams of finely chopped paneer
  • Coriander
  • Cheese


For buns-


  • butter 
  • 1 spoon of green chutney
  • 1 spoon of schezwan sauce
  • 1 spoon of mayonnaise


Final touch-


  • Butter 
  • Coriander
  •  Garam masala


Method:-


First, we will put one tablespoon of oil in the pan.


Now add 1 spoonful of butter and let it melt.


Add a teaspoon of garlic chilli paste and mix well.


We will add 1 cup of finely chopped onion; here I had taken 2 big-size onions.


Mix it till a slight color change of onion on medium flame.


Now add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped capsicum and mix it


Salt as per taste and half a spoon of red chili powder.


Half spoon Kashmiri red chili powder and

¼ spoon turmeric powder



Half spoon pav bhaji masala and mix it well.

Cook it on medium to low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add 1 bowl (2 tomatoes) of finely chopped tomato



Next add 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, and 1 tablespoon red chili sauce and mix it well

 


Let the tomato cook for some time


Now add chili flakes and oregano and mix it

Add 100 grams of finely chopped paneer

Add coriander and mix it well


At last add cheese pieces or you can add grated cheese and mix it well.

Our chili hotdog's stuffing is ready


Take hotdog buns and With the help of a knife, we will cut in the middle
part to stuffing



Roast the hotdog buns from both sides with butter on a nonstick pan.


Now add 1 spoon of green chutney on a side of the middle part like this..

Add 1 spoon of schezwan sauce on another side

Add 1 spoon of mayonnaise in the middle part and spread it (you can also use tomato ketchup)


Lastly, add previously prepared chili hotdog stuffing

Do the same in all the buns From chili hotdog stuffing, you can make 5 to 6 hotdogs


Now roast the hotdog from both sides with butter, coriander, and garam masala.


Take the hot dog from the pan to the serving plate. 



Our yum yum hot dog is ready to eat!!
